Stay open during the hours you are advertised.
Your hours are advertised as open until 10:35 PM - we couldn’t even get a tea, much less dinner, @ 10:10 PM. Disabled+can’t eat popcorn, leaving only candy + sm pop.
Your staff didn’t have any idea what time it was, either – I asked what time you close, and they told me 10:30 PM- when I pointed out the time, I was simply told “sorry”…Sssuperr.
Skipped dinner to see this movie w/food-came home with a no-food-migraine, instead. After ensuring I checked your timings, planning, then paying the premium $$, online (with your extra fees for online purchases), for D-Box/UAVX, for our tickets, I definitely had higher expectations - because that’s the expectation you set.
Visiting, at the time we did, was strategically planned. Your cast decided they wanted to close/go home early. I hope you saved a lot of $ on staffing, because you lost a lot in concession/repeat returns (MI7 was a good enough movie to come back a few times).
Ordinarily, you guys usually rate higher (even with the recent price hikes/portion reductions).
I’ll go back to see this movie again, & again, but it’ll probably be Landmark-and I’ll eat before going.

talked to a live chat rep at cineplex this morning.....told here about going to landmark yesterday october 16th...and having people crammed all around and right beside us...and do Cineplex do the same thing.....answer was no seating restrictions, so people can and will sit side by side...be foreworn no social distancng....!!!!

I was traveling from Cornwall to home in Hamilton and I stopped to get gas and while doing so made a stop here to watch the New Captain Marvel movie. Very nice theatre. The theatre that I was in had some nice powered reclining seats which lent to being very comfortable while watching the film. Nice quick efficient concession stands. The place also has an arcade with some pretty cool games. Definitely a good place to go with friends, by yourself, on a rainy day on a cold day or a hot day. Really anyday, provided there is a movie you have some interest in seeing.

I’m come here often. The new seats are great, the theatres are clean, and the staff are always friendly.

About 14 of us went online and booked our seats (awesome) in recliners (amazing) with the option of having a pint while watching the movie? ........GET OUT!!!!!!! This combo made for an amazing night of laughter....well done Cineplex🍻

I love the reclining chairs and the fact that you no longer have to stand up as people are passing by you. I did however notice that several people had difficulty finding the letter/numbered seats ( so possibly make that clearer). I noticed alot of popcorn spilled on the stairs etc before I even sat down . Some cleaning before the next attraction would be nice. The bathrooms are very clean and overall the theatre is. The food however is very over priced as is the movies and that is why I build Scene points up to view movies. Overall I loved the movie and had a good time.

Good selection of food to take in with you, although all probably fried from the look of it, except popcorn of course!
Automated ticket machines make the queue longer than real people and you have to be quick otherwise it times out on you.
The seats in the theatre we were in were all recliners and unbelievably comfortable. If we'd thought to take in a beer it would've been just like home.

Went mid-afternoon; premises were clean, well staffed, polite, helpful. Reserved and reclined seating.

We live 45 minutes away and tend to go to Kingston to shop but now I would drive there to go see a movie. Movies I can rate on a different blog as I am reviewing the attraction. What I really like about this theater is the seating. Reclining seats and lots of arm room. Very clean. It seems to be a little more expensive in pricing but the seating is very comfortable. The one in Belleville is looking very tired a and could use an upgrade like this. Popcorn and food is the normal overpriced. Its a shame when the popcorn and pop is more expensive than the movie.
